Becoming a "BreakPointer" will give you meetup opportunities at local mountains. Coach Dave connects members via WhatsApp and  also lets us know where he is going so we can link up and see some familiar faces at the slopes.  We aren't "connected at the hip" all day - rather we use our WhatsApp platform for helping each other out at random.  It's independent adult snowboarders with community support!

For example, you may find your first WhatsApp contribution by writing:

• Does anyone want to try a chairlift with me?...I've only done it alone until now
• I'm going to spend the morning at the bunny hill working on skill 6: "toe J-turns"...come say hi if you wanna practice with me
• Does anyone know how to release a binding...I'm stuck at the bottom of the hill 
• Its cold cold cold...anyone want to get hot chocolate and talk about the "8 skills of snowboarding"?
• I wanna try urbaneering...anyone interested in meeting up at Riverdale park East?

Meetups are informal and just a nice way of linking up with fellow adult snowboarders on their learning journey.  We don't have a specific meetup time...rather we share experiences before, during & after our time.  Coach Dave manages all the groups.
